Yes. We are happy to build your dream home on your piece of land or we can build for you on one of our lots.
Do you have a few set plans that you build from or can I bring my own plans and have Christopher Freeman Homes review and build from mine?
We can build from your plans or from one of our selections. Christopher Freeman Homes has many house plans to choose from. We also offer design flexibility to truly customize a home to fit your family’s needs.
What kind of loan do I need to build a custom home?
A construction loan is typically obtained to build a custom home. Christopher Freeman Homes can connect you with one of our preferred lenders or we can work with your lender while building your new home.
Do I need a Realtor to buy a home from Christopher Freeman Homes?
While it is not necessary to have a realtor to buy one of our homes, Christopher Freeman Homes is happy to work with realtors and believe that they can be an asset to the buying/building process. We appreciate our realtor friends and have a great working relationship with many in the Triad area.
How do we get started?
The first step is to get your dreams on paper. Christopher Freeman Homes will sit down with you along with a professional architect from our team to begin to develop a house plan that best suits your family’s needs.
How do I pick colors and interior design features?
Our interior design team has won many awards for outstanding design. Our designers are a vital part of our team and will work closely with you throughout the building process to make sure that your home flows beautifully.
What if I want to make changes during the building process?
Any changes that you wish to make during the process will be discussed, priced and a change order form will be signed by you and Christopher Freeman Homes. The contract price of your new home will then be adjusted.
What kind of warranty comes with a Christopher Freeman Homes home?
We offer a standard one-year builders warranty as well as a ten-year structural warranty.
